You listen to the customer and swiftly problem-solve technical issues to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. You work closely with a cross-functional team of web developers and systems administrators, not to mention a variety of both regional and international customers. Your relationships with customers are crucial in helping Google grow its Cloud business and helping companies around the world innovate.
In this role, you will be responsible for overall delivery success and continuous improvement of the data analytics service delivery operations in the region, including technical implementation services provided directly by Google Cloud professionals, as well as indirect services provided through Google Cloud’s network of strategic partners (e.g., Global System Integrators and other IT services providers in the partner ecosystem). You will engage and partner closely with the counterpart delivery leaders and relevant executives of the different Global System Integrators (GSI) partners of Google Cloud in an operating model that ensures success for all stakeholders. You will work closely with the cloud customer experience leaders of each major sub-region in JAPAC, including India, Japan, Southeast Asia, North Asia, Australia and New Zealand. You will also engage with executives of customer and internal cross-functional peer leaders in the cloud to ensure successful delivery of cloud data analytics service.
